Why do some customers pay on time while others pay late?  It really comes down to their personality. Customers who pay you late usually pay a number of accounts late.  That is-unless you know how to condition into a habit of payment.

Consumer habits have been studied for years and it has been proven we can condition others in many ways.  You must create a sense of urgency to pay just as if it’s their mortgage or car payment.  Customers respond differently to different tactics.  Finding a way to cause the later payer to respond with a positive outcome can be challenging.  Every company struggles with some degree of customers who pay late.  Break the pattern and get paid faster.
